ORDERING A BAG
Ordering a bag is very easy, please just follow the steps on our webshop.
When your payment has been received, we will prepare the item for shipping within 24 hours.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
We accept following payment methods:
Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Customers purchasing from a country outside of the EU, note that import duty and tax costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Import duty or tax costs are normally invoiced by the shipping company or charged when you pick the item up. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
Personal data (name, address, email, etc.) will not be encrypted, but will only be used internally.
Our standard shipping carrier is Bpost.
We kindly ask that you anticipate 2 business days for shipping in Belgium and 2 – 5 business for the Netherlands. Shipping times can vary for the rest of the world.
All orders are send out with a track and trace that you will receive by e-mail.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items purchased can be returned by sending the item back to us within 5 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to return a purchased item, please inform us by contacting us by e-mail at or send us a DM on Instagram. You have to give us notice and send your item back to us within 5 days after the receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original, undamaged packaging if you are to receive full compensation for your purchase (excl. delivery expenses).
Customers have to pay the delivery charges for the return of a product. The delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please keep your post office receipt as documentation of shipment of the returned items. All costs in connection with the return of items shall be paid by the customer. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
As soon as we have received and approved the returned items, we will pay back the full amount of what you paid for the goods within a few days.
If the items are defective or damaged when you receive them from us we will replace them free of charge. You have to give us notice right away. Please send us an email at
